Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, November, 2025
Under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, and during the Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition, Al Muhaidib Group and noon, the leading regional e-commerce platform- launched and announced the official commencement of operations at the largest logistics center in the Middle East and North Africa. The center will serve millions of customers across the Kingdom and the region from its prime location in Al-Mashael District, Riyadh.
The project aims to enhance the Kingdom’s e-commerce and logistics capabilities by providing state-of-the-art infrastructure that supports efficient storage, transportation, and distribution operations. It also seeks to improve logistics efficiency, expand the supply network to meet growing demand in local and regional markets, and empower national talent through the creation of high-quality job opportunities in technology and supply chain sectors.
Situated on an area exceeding 420,000 square meters (4.5 million square feet) within the proposed King Salman Industrial City in South Riyadh, the project represents an investment of, making it the largest of its kind in the region. With a total area of 193,000 square meters, the center includes a climate-controlled warehouse spanning 177,000 square meters with a height of 23 meters, along with 16,000 square meters of office and service facilities. It serves as noon’s regional hub for logistics and distribution operations. In addition, the facility will support the export of products from Saudi Arabia to markets across the region.
The project was developed by Al Muhaidib Group as the main developer and executed by Amana Saudi Contracting, one of the Kingdom’s leading logistics infrastructure contractors.
