Emad A.K. Al MuhaidibVice Chairman

Emad A.K Al Muhaidib is Vice Chairman of Al Muhaidib Group and leads the Group’s development in the Kingdom’s Western Province. Additionally, he is a board of several other companies, including Masdar company, Thabat construction company, Middle East Paper Company, Waste Collection and Recycling Co (WASCO), and United Feed.

Mr. Al Muhaidib is a keen supporter of charitable organizations; he is a board member of Emirate of Makkah Province and vice president of Economic and Social Committee of Emirate Makkah Province.

Essam A.K. Al MuhaidibChief Executive Officer

Essam A.K Al Muhaidib serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Al Muhaidib Group. In addition to this role, he holds the position of Chairman at Mayar, Saudi Tharwa, and AlRomansiah Company. He also serves as a Board Member on various authorities including the Economic Cities and Special Zones Authority (ECA), Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA), and the General Authority of Awqaf.

Mr. Al Muhaidib is also involved in numerous organizations across FMCG, Financial, Real Estate, Industrial, and Contracting sectors. He sits on the board of Ajdan Real Estate Development Company and Nestle Waters-Middle East.

Furthermore, Mr. Al Muhaidib contributes his expertise to various community organizations. He holds the position of Chairman of The Founding Board of Eastern Health Sector which comprises all medical facilities in the Eastern province affiliated with Ministry of Health. He is also a Board Member of the Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd Univirsity, the King Fahad University for Petroleum and Minerals' Endowment Fund and the National Center for Family Businesses.
