Vision Invest, (previously known as Acwa Holding), is a Saudi Arabian investment powerhouse, that was formed in 2002 as a Joint Venture between Al Muhaidib Group and Abdullah Abunayyan Group. It was established in order to capture opportunities created by Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. Vision Invest is building a portfolio of companies with interests in power and water, manufacturing, utilities and services, construction and contracting, transportation and real estate development. Its synergistic portfolio of companies includes investments in utilities giant Saudi Arabia’s Acwa Power, Saudi Tabreed, Miahona, as well as the privatized electrical utility company of Jordan.

Saudi Arabia aims to generate SAR 35-40 billion (USD 9-11 billion) in non-oil revenues from its privatization program and create up to 12,000 jobs.
