The award is based on international standards of excellence in evaluating the performance of enterprises, in accordance with basic principles of excellence, including: administrative leadership, strategic planning, human resources, suppliers and partners, operations management, focus on the beneficiary, and impact on society, in addition to business results.
The award aims to raise awareness in the field of quality and institutional excellence by providing an integrated structure to coordinate and manage all performance improvement activities, by enabling establishments to assess their current level of performance and compare it to the level of performance in distinguished establishments worldwide.
On this, Mrs. Sara Al Muhaidib, CEO of the Foundation, said: "We are happy to have received the award that culminates in our team's continuous efforts to become Al Muhaidib Social Foundation within the ranks of charitable institutions that provide high-quality social responsibility programs."
She added: The King Abdulaziz Award for Quality is the mother award for institutional excellence at the level of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and for all sectors. Therefore, we were keen to participate in the award to reflect our interest in the quality of services we provide to beneficiaries.
It is mentioned that Al Muhaidib Social Foundation is one of the subsidiaries of Al Muhaidib Group, which has been established since 2014 and has previously received several awards and various accreditations in the field of institutional excellence, administrative quality, and volunteering, in addition to the award for Great Place To Work.
