The event was featured many segments, most notably a video highlighting the company’s achievements, a speech by the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Essam A.K. Al Muhaidib, and the honorary ceremony. The Chairman’s speech focused on the company’s achievements in 2019, including the opening of 4 new branches - bringing the number of branches to 32 branches, the innovation in creating new dishes with different twists to attract new audiences, the opening of their training center with the purpose of developing their teams and enhancing their skillsets, and embarking on their digital transformation journey with the highest standard available in order to enhance performance and efficiency.
During the ceremony, more than 60 of the top performers were honored in recognition of their competence and hard work during the year. It is worth noting that Al Romansiah ceremony is held annually to encourage achievement and reward the distinguished employees.
